Interview
Five stages in total. Screen call > Cultural Fit > Skills Interview w Live Test > Country Manager Interview > Team Fit. The first two stages were very straightforward with Q's about experience, motivation to join, etc. The skills test involved sourcing five potential leads and then choosing two to explain why they're a good fit prospect. The final two stages reflect on past interviews, why you're a good fit for the role, and whether you'd fit the team. They provide a Hiring Guide to help you prepare for all the stages which was super useful. Tips - learn their values and draft concise STAR examples for each. Have a strong motivation for working there and be able to easily explain. Spend some time on the product site and even YouTube to get familiar with the product. Use ChatGPT/Notion to help you prepare. Ask questions. Overall I had a great experience as it all followed what was laid out in the Hiring Guide and the interviewers answered questions well and provided decent feedback.
J’ai passé un entretiens très rapide (rh) en anglais à 100%. On m’a expliqué comment me préparer aux prochains entretiens. Et on m’a posé quelques question sur ce que je vendais à qui comment et quels outils j’utilisais

It was quick and good, and the interviewers were easy-going. The question for the first interview was about the experience, and they explained the role very well, experience and job desk, but there are several rounds for the interview

HR très perdue. C'est évident qu'il y'a un gros turnover. Ceux qui font passé les entretiens sont différents sales manager et senior qui ont pas que ça à faire et ça se voit.
