Participé en un proceso de selección estructurado. La primera entrevista fue con el equipo de Recursos Humanos, donde se evaluaron mis competencias generales, motivación y encaje cultural. HR très perdue. C'est évident qu'il y'a un gros turnover. Ceux qui font passé les entretiens sont différents sales manager et senior qui ont pas que ça à faire et ça se voit.
