Problem Solving - Standard consulting case study. Important to break down each step into mini steps and not ignore any data. My case study was regarding the HR tiring process and now to reduce the time to hire and the conversion %
Culture Fit - Behavioral style questions with focus on biggest accomplishments and failure for each step of your career
Team Fit - Interviews with multiple teams until the right fit is found. Comprises of anything from knowledge check to Mini Problem solving. For e.g. asked how to handle a evacuation during a zombie apocalypse

Clear HR interview and technical/behavioural assessment. Before the case interview, had a 15-min prep session with HR that explained how much Revolut values data and that this was the thing that distinguished this from consulting case interviews the most. After preparing for a case where I could explore data, I got to the case interview and realized that every time I asked for data (even simple things that would be available in normal consulting interviews) the answer was "That is not available". The solutions had to be conceptual and it was not possible to estimate proper impact. This would be ok, if the HR prep session didn't go the exact opposite way - there was a strong misalignment of expectations and I felt that really hurt my performance (leading to negative feedback after this round).
Piece of advice: if you feel that the HR prep session brings value (and I believe it could bring), please align the topics you focus on with what you intend to explore during the case.

Absolute mess. I got contacted by a recruiter on Linkedin. Who passed me onto another recruiter to have a call with, who's earliest available time was 3 weeks away. Who then cancels last minute and then suggests me only 3 alternative times - all 1AM, 1:30AM, or 2AM. Schedules my next interview, again 3 weeks away, and proceeds to ghost me. No response, until I start hounding a different recruiter I had the contact details of. Every single interview was cancelled and rescheduled 1-5m into the scheduled time. Recruiters were lovely. Hiring managers seemed incredibly uninterested from the moment we met.
I understand it must be a busy time of growth for them right now, but with the amount of horrendous Glassdoor reviews, this messy recruitment process showed me all I need to know about the company.
