A few months ago, I interviewed for this position, and overall, the process was well-organized. The recruiter asked relevant and insightful questions about the role and its requirements, making it clear that they were looking for the right fit.
However, I did get a sense of a high-pressure work culture where everything seemed urgent and needed to be done immediately. While the recruiter was kind and professional, it was also apparent that they were overwhelmed, which reinforced my impression of a potentially stressful environment.
While the structured process and relevant questions were positives, the overall atmosphere left me with some concerns about the company’s work culture.
After the interview, I decided to respectfully withdraw from the process, as I felt the work culture might not align with my personal values and work style
