Recruitment process:
1. recruiter discussion 15 min - role description, expectations and candidate experience
2. CCAT test - 40 questions in 20 mins time, must have over 35 correct answers to pass
3. hiring manager discussion - role description, candidate experience
4. aptitude test - 1 hour problem solving interview in which you have to come up with solutions to the company's problems, backed up by data
5. global HR manager interview - candidate experience
After each interview you have a 15 min prep call with the recruiter for the next stage.
The CCAT it's pretty hard and most of it has math problems
The interview with the HM is fairly easy, just a get to know each other conversation.
The problem solving interview it's very demanding, they give you a problem in a sentence, you have to ask the right questions to get more details in order to be able to come up with a solution. I had 4 problems to solve, and solved all of them, the interviewer was very happy with my first 3 solutions but expected more from the 4th one so I didn't pass because of that.
