Interview
I had two interviews- first was the recruiter round with general eligibility related questions. Second one was what Revolut calls- Cultural fit round where the recruiter came in with only the purpose to ask all questions that she had written down. No interaction whatsoever, she did not even look in the screen she was interviewing on. Was probably just taking notes throughout or working on something else, who knows. Felt like a very robotic interview

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 5 months. I interviewed at Revolut (London, England)
Interview
5 stages (including roleplays), got to the final stage and given an offer then ghosted for 3 months until a recruiter reached out about the same role, went through another 3 stages just to get ghosted
Efficient and fast-paced. All the interviews are conducted in a span of at most two weeks. The questions were nothing out of the ordinary, importance on proving that you are willing to work with volume and hit KPIs.
Since this was for a graduate role there were only 2 rounds - HR & with a Senior Sales Manager. They were very clear and upfront about the structure of the interview - had to prepare a sales pitch and then basic motivation questions
