Revolut (Senior) Business Development Manager interview questions

Process took 5 rounds of interview: 1) HR Screening; 2) Functional Skills; 3) Problem Solving; 4) Meet the Hiring Manager; 5) Bar Raiser The experience was very bad. They reached out to me through LinkedIn in but never requested my CV formally, thus, I felt at times interviewers were not well prepared as they had limited knowledge about my actual achievements and experience. It also led to constant review of my LinkedIn profile after each interview for weeks prior to getting back to me. After I had passed the first three rounds, the recruiting coordinator called me to say that they wanted to continue with me but could only offer an amount that was roughly half of what I had mentioned as my salary intention in the screening call. They knew my salary intention since the beginning and by the time I had already spent weeks in interviews and preparing cases. At the end we agreed on a middle point and continue with the process. In my last interview, the experience was quite different than what HR had preped my for. We spent the entire interview reviewing in high detail my first work experience which was over 10 years ago when I was a scholar, and did not cover at all my most recent experience and achievements which was the one related to the role. Weeks after the last round and I received a generic email saying they decided to not pursue with my application. Given I had spent months in the process and gone through 5 rounds, I wrote back to teh recruiter requesting for brief feedback to improve, however, I received an automated response saying the address was not found.
