Connected with recruiter through LinkedIn to discuss a role in strategy & operations. Call was arranged for a few weeks later with internal recruiter for initial hr chat. The conversation was short 20 minutes, with time for questions for me, and focus mainly on the first 6 months of the role requirements and my experience. I then received a fairly standard template email a few days later that they would not be moving forwards with my application. Overall the process was vague and interactions cold.

Extensive exercise to complete for starter, followed by case study which will require some preparations, would love some guidance beforehand on the nature of case study, i.e. user acquisition, retention or reduce cost-base, etc.

1st I had a Screen Call, HR was extremly nice Then I add to complete an aptitude assessment, and I had the answer the following day and already an interview schedule for them to prepare me for the third phase of recruting. 3rd phase was to introduce myself, explain a problem I solved in my previous role and solve a case study
