Revolut Performance Marketing Manager interview questions

Call interviews consist of a few rounds - HR, hiring manager, case study, culture fit. They are creating a new team and seems like hiring quite a lot. HR is very busy so the next available slot to book interview is around a week plus after.

The recruiter reached out to me on LinkedIn. There was an initial call with the Recruiter, a call with the Hiring Manager, a Case Study and a Home Task. Very time consuming and daunting interview process. They don’t seem to respect candidates’ time - for example, my interview with the Recruiter was rescheduled an hour before it was supposed to happen. Then when I received my Home Task, which was in the middle of a week, I was given 3 days to send it back - it was sort of assumed that I would take time off work to do it. Note that the task isn’t too difficult but it also requires at least a few hours to do. After putting in so much time into the interview process, I received a generic rejection email, no feedback or explanation as to why. More comprehensive feedback requested but not received yet.
