Interview
Interview itself was straightforward, although the interviewer was late.
Salary was below market rate for the experience required so I withdrew from the process. They should state the salary upfront in the job description to save everyone's time.
Kind recruiter, quick replies, easy interview process, clear hiring communication and processes. However, conflicts of character with and lack of personability from the hiring manager. A very divided team in terms of actual location and no real sense of a team or welcoming to the brand; team members don't seem to know each other well.
