Phone Interview with Internal recruiter. She was very nice, but I could hear that she was heating her lunch up in the microwave while on the phone with me, so I don't feel like she was really paying attention. She assured me that it went well and that she would get back to me before the end of the week. When I did not hear from her I emailed her admin the next week and received a generic "we have decided to pursue other candidates" canned email.
