Initial phone interview with a recruiter and second phone interview with the hiring manager. It's understandable that a company does not select everyone that they interview but it's very unprofessional to "ghost" a candidate. No communication from company after second interview and no response when attempts where made to follow up on the status.

The process was pretty straightforward. I made it to 3 interviews, one screening, one with the manager, and one being two other people interviewing me. Everyone was very kind and we had great conversation. It was a time consuming process, but I understand the need to really get to know someone. I didn’t end up being the right fit, which is okay but I was told I would either receive “next steps if moving forward or detailed feedback if not selected” but I received neither. I followed up on the feedback and was ghosted. Up until that point it was a great process. I just received a copy/paste rejection that was filled in with my name. After spending hours speaking with people, it is upsetting to not receive a call or even a personalized email.
