Applied online, 2 weeks later I got an email for a Zoom interview with 2 people (HR & another Brand Manager), 3 weeks later was notified they would not be moving forward with my application. Overall, the interview didn't feel conversational. After learning more about the position, I felt more confused and that the job title didn't match the job responsibilities.
