The interview takes place on a zoom call with two supervisors and one manager. They will ask you numerous situational questions. You’re suppose to answer using the STAR format
Situation task action and end result. There will be about at least ten questions and you will have to answer them. Normally interviews take thirty mins. Also best to start with a 30-60-90 day plan

Tell me a time when you had to do multiple important task and deadlines were all on the same day.

Interview
Even though I was qualified for the job. My appearance & race were factors on me not getting the position. The position was given to a family member. That was unqualified and now his subordinates are suffering for it.
