I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Reyes Coca-Cola Bottling (Sacramento, CA)
Interview
I had an onsite interview with a 3 people panel, which consisted of the Operations Director, Marketing Director and HR Manager. They were very nice and made the interview as pleasant as possible for me. They seemed to respond well to my answers and invited me back for a 2nd interview. Unfortunately, they went with another candidate at the end , but overall this was a nice experience for me.

Tell Me how you handle difficult employees? How have you handled a difficult deadline?
Phone call took place and then flew out for an in person interview with multiple people. I have to use thirty words to describe this process? I don’t have more.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Reyes Coca-Cola Bottling (Downey, CA) in Feb 2021
Interview
4 part interview. Recruiter, then with director, then with VP, HR and director. Then a five hour long shadow at the facility and then a follow up with the director. Very structured and goes into a lot of detail. Wish that it was more clear on whether or not I would be getting an offer or not. A lot of effort put in to just be turned down with little to no feedback. Took a couple vacation days off in leu of interview to prep for the shadow at the facility. Was excited to be a part of the team. Extremely disappointed to say the least.
