Interview
Interviewers more concerned with sticking to behavioral interview script than exploring skills and experience. If you are good storyteller, the latter two items are not as important. Just be able to weave insightful and entertaining stories about things that may or may not have actually happened in the past, you will nail it. Several assurances to let you know whether or not you got the job, they did not bother to do so.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Reyes Coca-Cola Bottling (Los Angeles, CA) in May 2023
Interview
At first, it seemed professional. A recruiter contacted me to schedule a screening interview about two days after receiving my resume. I was then set up with a director for an interview. That director was a no-show for the interview. I emailed to inquire if the director was alright because they didn't show up for the interview. It was rescheduled. The director was unprepared/disengaged during the entire interview. Listen, job interviews are stressful for everyone. If you think you've had a bad job interview, this experience might make you feel a little better about how my experience at Reyes Coca-Cola Bottling panned out—never heard back either.
