This company is not an equal opportunity employer. I faced covert discrimination during my interview. It was very noticable that the area sales manager only chooses people of their similar skin tone. Run by bad judgemental management. The only thing I can tell the company, You are judging a candidate based on their color of their skin rather then their qualifications. This is not right.

The company tries to portray itself as a diverse company but they are not for equal opportunity. I truly felt discriminated against by the area sales manager and district manager that interviewed me. I was given positive remarks after my interview and said that I'm a strong candidate. I have over 12 years of sales experience and also possess a BA degree. There should be no reason why I was denied the sales role. If your resume is perfect and show up to the interview, the only way you will get hired is if you meet their white skin tone criteria. This was not just and its unfortunate that in 2024, there are many companies like this. If you are a minority applying, stay away. Not worth your time.
