I attended a Job Fair. Reynolds was given my resume by the organizers of the Job Fair.
Reynolds called me about a month after the Job Fair and asked if I would be interested in talking with them. The HR person explained that I would have to take a web based Personality test and a written IQ Test. I scheduled the IQ Test and was prepared for an interview which is what I was asked to do. I took the Personality test before the IQ Test. The IQ Test consisted of 3 parts. 1st part was selecting the next number in a given sequence of numbers. The 2nd part was selecting the geographic pattern in a sequence of patterns. The third part was word math, for example: if a train was going north at 60 miles an hour and second train going south at 40 miles an hour how fast would the trains be going when they passed each other.
Each part of the IQ test was timed, 15 minutes for the 1st and 2nd parts and 30 minutes for the last part. The tests computer based.
I was not offered an interview after the IQ test and I received my rejection as an email 4 days after taking the IQ tests.
