Interview
I was invited to continue the hiring process a week after submitted my resume online. I was required to fill out a formal application online and take two quick assessment test prior to the actual interview at their office building in College Station. At their office you are given another set of assessments that take about an hour to complete. These are timed assessments in the style of SAT testing. I was interviewed immediately after I finished the assessment testing.

They went down the application and asked questions in order basically verifying the information you gave. At the end of the interview they asked if I had other job offers pending.

Interview
I received a call to come in for testing. When I did, they put me in a small room and I was tested on situations and intelligence. After, I was finished, they called me back for an interview with a supervisor for the position I was applying for. After I left the interview, they called me back about 2 weeks later telling me that I had received the position.
