There are several phone interviews, an online assessment, a skype interview (two skype interviews for me), and a proctored assessment. The employees that conduct the phone interviews are generally very friendly and professional. The supervisors that will want skype interviews are less friendly, but professional. Their questions overall are simple: why are you good for this position, what are your skills and experience, what do you expect in a workplace, etc.
