I was 19 and went in for preliminary testing and an interview. When I got there, there were many other college age people doing the same computer testing. These weren't seemingly intellectual tests, but felt like a psychology test/experiment. After finishing testing, I was brought to a waiting room. They then asked to come speak with someone who seemed to be in hiring. They "hired" me after a few brief questions and said they'd be in touch yet I never heard from them. Overall a very sketchy and weird experience.
