Terrible. Waste of time. They make you do a 1hr long appitude test I believe. You have an interview with an American base employee who doesn't know much about your role or who you will be working with. Then they will leave you on hold for 2 weeks until eventually they won't offer you another interview regardless of how well you did.

Online aptitude test containing alpha and graphical sequences and mathematics questions akin to something from a GCSE exam. Not really ideal if you're looking to get experience with a programming technical interview.
