You get spammed by a "sponsored" LinkedIn bot about all the open roles they have. You type all your info manually into an application form with 5 pages, then do a 2+ hour IQ/"Aptitude" test. This is a complete insulting waste of a developer's time and is possibly illegal when you consider the US Supreme Court decided IQ tests are illegal, and Intellectual Disability or Low IQ is a registered disability condition on the disability declaration form. Two weeks later I get a rejection slip with no info, nobody ever calls me or gives a reason; 3 hours down the drain. Then I get spammed again on your LinkedIn, repeat the process.

Heard from a recruitment member via email upon applying. Following a response confirming I wanted to continue with the application, I was given an "IQ" assessment to finish. Upon scoring well and within the time frame we were asked to complete a skills assessment to match us to our supposed "dream placement". After completing all of these assessments, the company did not reach out for more than a week after which they finally sent a short rejection email with no feedback or information. Reviews on other platforms support this type of response, seemingly typical behavior.
