Applied online. Received email requesting best time for recruiter to call. Received call and email to take tests online. Ethics, Personality, Math word problems, spacial and intelligence tests took two hours or so to complete. Received call to schedule phone interview. Consisted of asking about education and previous jobs. Talked about salary to commission only pay stucture. Training at headquarters. Very nice recruiter, made interview process less nerve racking. Very structured and thorough in employee selection process. Very impressed and honored to be nominated.
