I applied online, I was sent an assessment to take by email and it’s a very difficult assessment. I was then contacted by the recruiter and I had an interview with them, I was then sent another form to fill out which took at least an hour of my time to fully complete. Then I was called in for what I thought was going to be an in person interview but the person who was interviewing me wasn’t even in the office that day and they pulled them at the last minute to do a zoom interview that I could have done at my home! I was basically told during the interview that because I didn’t have a degree that I was not qualified for the position when the recruiter said I was definitely qualified. They said my experience was not good enough. I basically waited for about another week for them to send me an automated email message saying that I was not selected for the next step which would have been ANOTHER INTERVIEW!!!! This 3-4 step interview process is ridiculous. I then asked the recruiter about another position that I knew I was definitely more than qualified for and they sent my profile over and a few days later they said that I was not qualified and I received another automated email from them. This was one of the most drawn out interview processes that I’ve ever encountered and it was extremely daunting and disappointing.
