The interview process took a 2-3 weeks but the steps were quite simple. They called me after I applied to ask about me and my interests. After they submitted to recruiter team, they got back to me saying they want a Teams Recruiter interview. This was to get to know me more and review my resume. Then I had to take a written assessment of about 6 questions. The next step was an in person departmental interview which really didn't feel like an interview at all, but a conversational meeting to get to know the leadership team and ask them questions about the role. Last was the background check and drug-test which took the longest time so be patient. Overall, easy interview process, even with multiple steps and the salary and benefits are not bad either.

Immediately got an interview offer. I then did some research on the company and saw how horribly structured the rest of the interview process was, then decided not to move forward.

I had to take an 30 minute aptitude and arithmetic test beforehand. Then I had someone reach out to me and I had a short phone call interview. They discussed my current job and if the commute would work for me.
