Interview
Applied through their website and a few days later received an email invite to complete their employment application an a pre-employment assessment. Within the same week I was invited to a Zoom interview with the recruiter and was requested to complete a different assessment and more documentation at the end of the meeting to move forward. I am still waiting to hear back from them.

Interview
First there was a interview with HR about basic background: past jobs, why you chose your major, clubs/extracirriculars, strengths & weaknesses. Then a interview with the manager who asked technical questions (arrays, BST, stack, queue). Then a final in-person interview about 2 hours where current software devlopers asked about your projects and then other reated technical questions with some behaivoral.

Very smooth process, applied online through their website with a wonderlic examination, received an email for HR interview, futher online personality questions and an in person interview. HR interview was very pleasant

I took the online personality/aptitude test and received an invitation to a phone interview. The recruiter was nice and explained the next steps to me, telling me that the next step was for the director to review me. Later, I received an email telling me I was not chosen to continue in the process.
