You'll have a phone screening - Then they'll have you come in to take an aptitude test, that would also be remote - Then you will be offered additional interviews based on your results. Each department is different in terms of what they need for interviews. It's also been a few years since I completed my interviews. It did take a few weeks from application to offer, so be patient!
