Interview
I applied for a job, got 2 emails from a recruiter asking me to take additional steps, as they were interested in proceeding. I took about an hour and a half of my time completing a brand new application, and doing very well on their assessment. Then, 2 days later, I got a rejection email, without so much as a phone call. I found this unprofessional enough to share my experience. Inconsiderate hiring practices.
I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Reynolds and Reynolds (Houston, TX) in Sep 2021
