The interview process is as follows: A paper application, a phone interview, a skype interview, then an all day on-campus interview (this is should you advance to each stage). The phone and skype interviews are where the hardest questions are asked. The on-campus interview is to have short, 30 minute interviews with different staff who give input on how they believe you will fit into the campus environment. The all-day interview also included a presentation for students, faculty, and staff that includes follow-up questions and lasts for about an hour.
