I did a phone interview with someone from their Talent Acquisition team. It was mostly to get an idea of my experience and qualifications and to learn more about the company. I was then invited to interview with the manager of the department. The final stage of the interview process was to meet with the partners which was very intimidating in the beginning, but they really went out of their way to make their way to make it a comfortable and enjoyable experience.
