Good. HR sceening and then two rounds, both with partners and senior managers. Questions focused on your strengths and experience and how it would benefit the organization and its clients.

Interview
The first interview was a phone call with HR. Then the second interview was a video call with a partner, HR, and a manager.I interviewed in June 2021 for the Toronto location. The people at the firm were really nice and easy to talk to. The interview felt more like a conversation. I unfortunately did not get an offer. I believe they were looking for someone with more in depth experience which was a bummer because I really like tax and the people there.
