Interview
I went though a three-step interview process:
1. Screening interview on the phone - 10-15 minutes, in English
2. Interview with the department VP and an HR representative - 1 hour, in French
3. Group interview with three members of the department and a basic skill test (using MS Office suite) - 1.5 hours, French and English
