Interview
3 interviews. First with recruiter, 30 mins, easy and informational. Second was virtual with 2 Montreal Partners, medium difficulty. 45 mins. Learned a lot about their training processes, culture, client types, etc. Third with Tax Partner at their Toronto office, again conversational and friendly. 45 mins. Then nothing. No feedback. Not even a generic rejection email.
