The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Ring Power (Palm Bay, FL)
Interview
Applied online and about a week later I received a phone call regarding the job. During that call he asked me pretty basic questions about my experience and why I would like to work for them, followed by setting up an in person interview.
The in person interview went great! The manager I interviewed with was very friendly and easy to talk to. He really explained the job in detail which I appreciated. As far as questions it was a lot about my experience and and organizational questions. A week later I was offered the job, but unfortunately had to decline the position due to base pay. The job is base pay plus commission and I just couldn’t take a base pay that low. If the base was higher I would have gladly taken the job because the manager seemed really nice and I would have enjoyed the job.

Interview was pretty laid back. Interviewers asked a series of questions about previous work experience and sales experience questions. They don't use the STAR interview method so questions are not structured.
