Applied online using their own system, recieved email and then phone interview. In person interview with the hiring manager, and introductions to current team members locate din the same office. Very simple interview process. No surprises. It was very clean cut, although the majority of the employees have military backgrounds, so this could explain the streamlines interview process. They do require a drug test and background check.
