Usual interview process with a panel. About 8-10 questions based on previous experience first and then questions on things like leadership experience, motivating team and stakeholder management. Also asked about previous experience with specific change management processes and systems such as lean. Second part was a site visit with family which was really good and well organised. Very good process overall.
