Applied through an internal referral. Process included: 1) initial call with Talent Acquisition 2) 45 minute behavioral/fit interview with Consultant 3) 1 hour case interview with 2 Project Leaders. For the case interview, Rios provided a prompt 48 hours ahead of the interview that was to be turned in 24 hours later. You then had to present the case to the interviewers and answer their questions related to your analysis.

Interview
Very smooth process. Consisted of 3 interviews. 1st was a phone screen asking general questions. 2nd was a one on one with an manager asking in-depth questions on management style, experience, etc. Final interview was a case study presentation. 1 day prior to presentation you are given a Case Study and are expected to present a solution and answer panel questions. Overall great process!
