Recruiter screen followed by hiring manager screen.
The process in and of itself is organized but the chaotic decision making is visible when you speak with the hiring managers. They have zero clue on what they are looking for.
I have been tossed around for 4 different roles internally at their end over the last 9 months. And the feedback makes me think they don’t talk to each other - someone found me “too crypto” (which is a joke given I’ve only been in this space for 4 years out of an overall 20 year experience ) while someone else found me too sales-y and not enough relationship management - which again is a joke given I’ve predominantly been in BD versus sales. And of course when turned around to the other team , their feedback is “not crypto enough “ or “not salesy enough “
All in all - I doubt they know what they’re looking for. Roles remain open for 6+ months at Ripple indicating that there is no strong hiring need
