4 rounds: online test, phone call, technical interviews, final call. Rejection with no explanation and no good reason it seems, given that the final call was just the interviewer asking random questions that he was making up on the spot.
The interview process was messy and chaotic, and made me go from excited to work there, to very hesitant to work there, even if I did get an offer.
Was asked to do a 3 hour interview within 2 days notice.
This was unprofessional.
Final interviewer told me that he was making up questions on the spot and had not prepared. Very unprofessional and a red flag.
Final interviewer not able to answer any questions. I think they picked a random software engineer to be my final interviewer.
One of the technical questions was stupidly designed. It was a systems design question that was basically design a dictionary using a dictionary. Smh.
I got the sense that the interviewers did not know what they were doing (which is okay, they should have received some training so I blame this on the company) and that the company was just another chaotic startup from this interview process.
