They put you through a lot of phone calls but fail to ask any substantial questions. There doesn't seem to be any technical interview. The last call was absolutely bizarre. The person interviewing me informed me that they were going to quit in six months and that the company made decisions based on political, not technical, merit. Their previous head of technical operations apparently rage quit after working there only a few months, and they really overwork their very tiny technical operations staff. Security sounds like a joke, which is horrify for a company in charge of money. At no point during multiple interviews was I asked a single technical question. The person interviewing me dropped the f bomb multiple times.
