I applied directly online and received an interview invite to meet with HR a few weeks later. The interview process was EXTREMELY unprofessional. My call was rescheduled a whopping FOUR times due to mostly lousy excuses such as the HR rep not putting the invite on her calendar. Another excuse even though the HR rep had contacted me earlier that day, she magically could not speak a few hours later right before the interview. At best the HR rep I talked to is extremely disorganized and probably shouldn't have her job. If not for my career mentor convincing me to continue with the interview process I would have removed myself. The actual screen was relatively straight forward. Usual questions asking me to elaborate about myself and the HR rep gave me an overview of the role and team. I was told I would receive an update in 1-2 days. I did not receive an update in that timeframe. I then emailed the HR rep for an update and was ghosted. I would strongly recommend anyone who values themselves to not interview for this position or this company. The unprofessionalism will probably leak into the workplace environment. The whole process came across as extremely sketchy and is by far the worst interview experience I've had in my life.
