Had my initial phone interview rescheduled within 10h of the interview which was the first red flag of the company. Phone interview went great and moved on to technical interview. The technical interviewer from the data team was one of the most disrespectful and unprofessional people i have ever met. As we were doing introductions, he did not care about anything i was saying and ended up blanking out on his phone while i was talking. I was then asked two Leetcode medium questions. As i was explaining how I would approach the problem/edge cases he cut me off and said to just do the problem in 15 mins then went on his phone. When i asked him to check the syntax for a certain Python function he did not reply. I called out his name, he looked up from his phone, was confused what my code aimed to accomplish even though i verbally explained everything. I figured it out and finished the first leetcode medium within 15 mins. The interviewer did not discuss my code, he just copied and pasted it into his computer and told me to do the next question. I was not able to finish the second leetcode medium within the remaining 15 mins. I did not feel like the interviewer wanted to get to know me, my thought process, or skills. I feel like i dodged a bullet with this company.
