Step1 : CV screening
Step2 : Skill assessment test and email writing
Step3 : Send a 1 min video clip of yourself( Intro, college societies, projects/ internships, hobbies, why rippling etc) keep it short and crisp
Step4: Final interview round with manager ( live mock email writing and few ques)

Once you apply and if you are shortlisted you will get an assessment email where you have to draft an email regarding the pay issue of an employee and there wil be some MCQ questions and once you complete it you will be email for 2nd round that is call with HR in zoom for 15 minutes and then if you get shortlisted you will get an email with the next round of interviews that there will be 2 managers round
Easy and to the point.
Assessment where it asks you to write an email and few aptitude questions.
There are 2-3 interview rounds after that. Screening, department and then the final one with the hiring manager
