I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Rippling
Interview
Recruiter screen, manager interview, presentation panel, senior manager interview.
Pretty streamlined process and the recruiter (Thanh) was so knowledgeable about the role and was the most responsive I’ve seen in the industry. Everyone is up front that it’s a grind so apply if you’re interested in working hard and growing with a great company. The presentation is largely seeing if you’re comfortable leading a conversation - all you need is basic research on the software to be successful. Ask good questions throughout too. I enjoyed the entire process from start to finish, but the best part was having a recruiter who was responsive.

I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Rippling in Feb 2026
Interview
Quick, communicative, and efficient. Screen with a recruiter leads to an interview with a hiring manager. From there, you do a panel interview with some sort of presentation. The recruiter for me was there the whole way to help answer questions, update me, and make sure I was scheduling everything.

Question 1
Why Rippling? Why now? What about your career journey has led you to being here today?
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Rippling
Interview
It was total of 4 interviews including recruiter screen. One with hiring manager, one with director of sales, and then a prompt presentation. I was told after the presentation, they were extremely interested in and then told I would need to do a reference check. I provided a reference check and did not hear back for a bit and when I followed up with the recruiter to see when I can expect to hear back, they let me know I was not a fit. It was a really horrible experience and put me off from the entire organization since I only received positive feedback and to be told I wasn't the right fit felt like the reference check was used to prolong until they were able to push through another candidate and keep me on the back burner.
