Interview
I was contacted the day after I submitted my resume. When I arrived I had to fill out an application prior to the interview. The interview itself felt a little disorganized. I met with one person and she was expecting a second person. He showed up 5 minutes into the interview and took over the interview - so I wasn't really sure who I was supposed to address. When the interview concluded I was told I could meet with the hiring manager, then told this person was on the phone and would call me later for a phone interview. I never did get a phone call.
