Interview
Overall I would avoid this company based on my brief encounter with HR. Applied to the role and the HRBP sent me an email with 12 questions in an email. All essentially would be normal interview questions. I replied that I would be happy to answer these interview like questions and set up an interview. She replied, "It sounds like this position is not a good fit for you." Oddest thing I have ever seen and that is saying a lot with 10 years in Talent Acquisition.

Why are you looking for a new opportunity? Please tell me about your experience with proactive sourcing. Please tell me about your experience with recruiting metrics. We do not currently have a TA team, so this role will be building the TA function as well as being very hands-on to high-volume recruiting, is this something you have done or would be interested in? Our budget for this role is $75k – $85k with 10% bonus potential, is that within your range?
