      Application

I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Rite Aid (Wilmington, DE) in Sep 2023

      Interview

The entire hiring process was very straightforward and easy to navigate. Submitted application online after using the job search tool to find jobs in my area and that were of interest to me. Was invited to select an interview time and date from several options. Interviewed with store manager, who was fantastic.. down to earth and we immediately had great raport so the Interview was more like a conversations between friends which made it more comfortable and I was able to be myself. Was made an offer and accepted the position. Just waiting for background and drug test .
