I applied for the position and two weeks later I recived an invitation for an interview. They asked me to come in for the first portion which was the interview and then request I come back within 3 days to shadow. A couple weeks after shadowing, they offered me the job and I was invited to come in for a drug test, physical and TB test. Upon completion of that I filled out paperwork and was given a packet and fingerprint card. I thoroughly read the packet and found it to be very atypical containing many gag clauses and suppression of rights. Upon consulting with an attorney, they advised me not to accept the offer because of the wording and waiver's that were required. It certainly sounds good, but they use try typical 'excitement factor' technique to veer you away from reading the entire packet before you can say no. It's good for a short term temporary position, but it is not suitable if you want any type of job security or work life balance. Read the packet before you accept.
