I responded to an ad with my resume and received an email that day with the application. I completed it and sent it in, got a call and was interviewed within the week. I disclosed my pregnancy to them due to the physical nature of the job. They chose not to hire me for this position because of my pregnancy. I am not being hyper sensitive, they said, "if you were not pregnant this would be totally different."

Long , unorganized, difficulty reaching HR specialists. The seldom return call when they say they will and never show up for interviews they have rescheduled. A much better job could be done to promote communication between the company and new hire or prospective hires.

Prompt response to application. Did a phone screening and then a Zoom interview. They talked about the position and it’s responsibility. I didn’t realize it was a night position so I did not accept the offer.
